King's day
On this day, Amsterdam is draped in orange, becoming one big celebration. At Hoogendam, the flags fly high, and the music sets a cheerful tone. Our sun-drenched terrace is perfect for a delightful afternoon of people-watching, and if it rains, you can cozy up indoors with a snack and a drink.

Oysters and Cava
Our oyster bar; fresh oysters with a selection of various vinaigrettes and matching cava. Come enjoy a festive afternoon with DJ Simon Seven Six spinning the tunes.

Canal Parade
Those who have been with us at Hoogendam for a while know that the conclusion of Pride Amsterdam is always celebrated in grand style. The boat parade ends right at our doorstep, and we will have a blast with a DJ, outdoor bar, barbecue, and plenty of seating on the terrace and indoors for those who want to take a break from dancing.

Sail 2025
The event of this year in Amsterdam is Sail. On the 750th anniversary of the city, this 10th edition will be one never to forget. Hoogendam is the place to have a delicious lunch, drink, or dinner during this special event. Our location is ideal, a stone's throw from the IJ, where all the beautiful ships will pass by. We will make it a big party with an event area in front of the restaurant, including an outdoor bar and DJ!
